Jenny Legge – Founder and CEO
Jenny Legge is a world leader in workplace health management and injury prevention. Jenny’s considerable experience in occupational health management and service delivery is matched by her significant international profile in scholarly research and professional development. After establishing a large health services company in Australia and directing hospital departments and outpatient clinics in the United States, Jenny founded JobFit Systems International, to develop and commercialize an innovative software and services solution for best-practice workplace injury prevention and management.
Jenny is a popular presenter on workplace health and injury assessment, prevention and management methodologies. Jenny has taken the extra step to successfully apply these methodologies across some of the largest workplaces in the world, utilizing JobFit System’s patented enterprise software and services to achieve powerful and cost-effective outcomes that managers, health providers, insurers and workers have never seen before.
Jenny holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Master of Ergonomics degree from the University of Queensland, Australia, and is currently completing a PhD in establishing the validity of the JobFit System pre-employment functional assessment methodology.
